I have bought these from Etsy for my postpartum bleeding, adding to my not-so-many I have in my stash. But, turn out I don't bleed that much. Been using liners most of the time. Hence, the not-so-many stash, become too many then. I am keeping one of each in case I need it later (hope not that soon).

This heavy flow pad is made up of two layers of super absorbent 100% cotton terry sandwiched between 4 layers of 100% cotton flannel, and an internal base layer of moisture-proof rubberized flannel. 100% cotton flannel wings with heavy duty plastic resin snaps are soft and secure. Surprisingly thin and light, but wonderfully absorbant, this comfortable pad is best for regular and heavier flow days, and for night time.
All fabrics were pre-washed and pre-shrunk before being stitched together with 100% cotton thread.
Dimensions are: 2 1/2" wide at narrowest point at center of pad with wings snapped shut, 3" at widest point (top and bottom of pad). 9 3/4" long.

The pad is constructed from 2 layers of flannel, an internal core of organic bamboo batting for absorption and a layer of PUL to make them waterproof. The wings are two layers of lined flannel for back up and both are are turned and top stitched for comfort and durability. The polyresin snaps are applied with a professional snap press and are secure and soft against the skin.
Measures 10" X 3" when snaps are closed. And 10" X 7" when open.
Note- I do not stitch through the center of my pads due to incidents of leakage.
